Tackling Social Determinants of Health in the Charlotte Region: from Data to Action

Please join us throughout the day on Friday, April 9, as we celebrate National Public Health Week with an action-oriented virtual APHI Nexus!  We will focus on transforming our knowledge and insights into the social determinants of health and how they play out in the Charlotte region into evidence-based actionable steps and priorities toward our long-term goal of seeing Healthy People in Healthy Communities.
